If you plan using atk only fires, they will deal heavy damage but they won't be able to survive for a long time... So I'd go with something like 150-200 con and the rest str and the rest is left basic(only what you need)

str/atk only fires(as Lord said) are usually only used for burst slaves cause they suck.... I however broke that rule when I made my burst slave... I made him do quests even if that means I had to revive him a million times, it was just too fun XD

For FlameBrag, you might want to try getting him a saddle pet?
