Wlo itself is ran in a small house..
Most of their live support is probably in another house if not ran by people like us which is the case most of the time, they do actually have players like us that work from their home.
Everyone is going to agree that live support is no help, and if you already know the answer, I do not see the reason to open a topic about it.
It all depends on which person you get, really, Lee is the best in my opinion, he actually plays the game and can actually help.
Some are rude and clueless.
Some are nice and know what they're doing.
