Level 72 rb water priest has 100 wis & 1968 sp / hardly any hotsprings so imo I agree you should go to 80-100 at max, just to maximize your stats
Might I add my level 110+ rb water wit with 85 wis and with most of the the hotsprings I have 1921 SP and it lasts a decent amount of time, even using JS to cuss.

Though that is true and the extra 13(or so?) wis doesn't make a big difference my killer has 42 wis and a little over 1000 sp, which runs out quickly because of DS and JS
