The wikia, although it may or may not be true, says: "This is an object where the Skin Colour can be changed, It cannot be used if Hair Dye or Eye Colouring is used"
Source: http://wonderlandonline.wikia.com/wiki/Color_Mask
I can still use hair dye, but I can't use skin mask :/
I donĀ“t know if you used a Color Mask, but in the picture you uploaded the item is Mask Model, a rank 1 Wood base item, that is almost useless (you can get when recycle wood or fail a wood base compound), but the icon is the same as Color Mask.
*Facepalms* I bought the wrong item then, woops... I just didnt get why I couldnt use it, then I read the wikia and thought there was something to it... Thanks for clarifying :D
HEY ADAM! its peachie from Leo!
I have a question, how do you ask for a name change. When the server merged my character became number 2 (peachie2). It's sad :/
You submit a request through the service center under "Other" and specify that you want a name change, it has to be on the same account with the character that had a number added to it's name as well as giving a few name options; be sure to check the names beforehand by attempting to create a new character with said names. That's what I did :3
--- I have a level 19 Hayate, a friend has a level 19 Angela, both have in their 80s with Speed and are fighting something level 23 on TI, yet they won't combo.
Sorry for the late reply, if you'll be so kind as to provide me with the characters's speeds and the pet speeds through a PM; I'd be more than happy to see why. Do keep in mind that some mobs have a set speed and are not based on average team speed; like during some quests.
I've played WLO a few times over the years but never got too far into it. I never really did any crafting or synthesizing or even alchemy. I'm making an attack fire mage for solo play and bursting. I've looked up stat builds and know what I'm going with. Con: 120, Int: 400+, Wis: 42, and possibly 10 Agi. The thing Is I don't know how I want to put the stats in so that leveling goes smoothly until I can burst.
My question is here. Does anybody know answer at all? or do i really have to instal back other windows? or ure not about those kind of questions? :/ Win 10 prob :( cause on win7 it all was fine

Hello there, there isn't really a 'proper' way of adding stats before reaching an appropriate burst level. However, I would recommend you to avoid adding any AGI until after you can no longer burst or wish to stop. Also, while bursting try to invest in as much INT as possible for increased damage, though you would need some CON and WIS to survive at the early stages and have enough SP to cast your skills (maybe 30 each). Good luck bursting!

The only thing that comes to mind is running compatibility mode for WLO for both main and alogin.
Steps to do so:
-Enter your wlo folder and find 'main'.
-Right click it and select 'Compatibility".
-Select "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select windows 7 (or 8 if it doesn't work).
-Do the same for "alogin" in your wlo folder and try it out!
If that doesn't work maybe try changing the color mode by following the first 2 steps but choosing 16-bit instead of 8-bit.
I am starting WLO soon I want some info on earth builds so can someone help me with it ??
In regards to Earth builds, it differs on your gameplay I suppose. Most Earths are better off being fast and being able to seal as well as be tanky; a combination that's very hard to get unless you're willing to spend some cash on the game. I personally have made a Water, Earth and Wind mage knights and I would've finished their mounts and gears if I didn't feel so lax about not playing this game anymore.

How to make my tent bigger i need more space how is this happening
You have two options to make your tent bigger, one is buying a Space Agreement from players or from the IM mall which has a time limit of 30 days or do the Kid who Cries Wolf quest in South Island, once finished; you pay 5 stars to make it a permanent increase of your tent's size which is quite nice when you're a manufacturer.

Can i ask i have remote control (i can't affort the e remote from mall), so can i use it to burst with my team and how exsactly works?
The only measure of which you can use the normal remote control is to heal yourself and drop items; you would still have to manually pick the skills to use since the remote only registers attacks as default; with the IM remote control actually having slots for you to pick skills and whatnot.
I am hoping that the information I've given helped, have fun playing. c:
