ok i have a few questions but i diddnt want to span db with all my questions xD:
1.ive been looking into fb an i found a awsum guide on the speed you need to be to go 1st in each round but im hoping i can get my water seer faster than the mobs (im guessing there spd soud be quite a bit under the boss).

2.is there like a guide to dos and donts of the forum im still such a noob here and its all verrty confusing @|

3.how do you customize you aperance (meaning the spoilers and stuff here)at least i figured out whathow to add a pic to my name xD.

4.what does the "recruit" mean i take it its linked to how meant posts you have? and if so how meany posts do you need to be what rank?

5.how do you post a screen shot in a discusion,i got a link exsplaining it and tried it but it ddnt work...or atleast i think it diddnt

Purple keys you get only from CERTIAN lvl 10+ monster drop events (e.i; igg's birthday pack, christmas stocking. new years pack etc...) or from credit mall.

what is bursting?

Bursting is training with a team (generally after gaining the GS skill) and pets to get many times more exp than normal 'grind' training

Hey everyone. I have some questions about stats that i can't find on forums, so i though id post it here.

Ive noticed that not only seals but also offencive spells can miss a target(i was pking a friend lvls higher then me). Ive been playing around with it a bid, adding more Matk or Mdef to see the impact of it and i kinda came to the conclusion that iff the defending player(maybe also mob)has enough Mdef, the spell (not only seal) can miss.

Now i know int makes you resistand to seals... its just that i noticed that wen the defender removed Matk gear and replaced with Mdef gear, it didnt lowered the % the attacker missed. Rather the opposit (i only dit tests with 20 attacks for each eq settup so its possibly to few to get good results)

as last question is there a topic on more detailed info on the impact of stats to each other (prefered with formulas). Like how Mdef reduces dmg from spells, etc. It would be realy helpful to create a character. Couse its very good people suggest have this amount of agi, do this, do that. But i wanne try out some own builds.

his high int and low agi would seem to be likely for a wit.

@koro; don;t think i can really answer your question. i feel that both int and magic defence plays a role. and i can't think of a link atm to send you too. try this though it may not be the answer to your question. https://sites.google.com/site/wlolabs/skills/da... maybe someone will give you an answer later. also try the main forum more people hang out there.

@rai; should it not be "what YOU prefer?" after all its your character and it should be about what you like. you are the one building it and living with it. if you have a hard time deciding cause you happen to like both then sure pick what someone else says. but how you have him built it whould be wit. seer should atleast have some spd. unless its a wind that can benifit from it because the spd doubles with a seer or knight cape. then i see no reason for it to be seer when it has no spd. but if you like seers and care little about spd then do that. nothing at all wrong with that.

thnx kojika. Its a bid helpful. from your link it seems that one Matk wil always give you more dmg increase then Mdef wil reduce dmg. So i can stat to see wy alot of people dont like wisdom(or rather dont find it important).

do you also know formula for wen Mdef is higher then Matk?

and no sorry other than water being mdef build where they gain more mdef than matk, then i do not really know. i also know that a priest can reflect mdef and def and a warrior can reflect matk... hmm how can i propperly explain... atm i can't think of a propper example. my mind is all over the place right now. perhaps i can think over this and come back to you later with a reply if i can remeber or think of one (unless someone else answers before me) if not then i apologize now.

lol sorry i dont understand what you mean with reflecting mdef/def. Let me explain what im tryign to do here. Im used to playing wow, swtor, etc. MMORPG's where i always took the job of an healer. now i know wlo is a different game ofc. but i try to create a water character that can overheal almost everything a npc or(if possible but dont think so) a player can do to you.

Im considering making a water priest with 0 agi. But thats only a viable option if i can endure enough, and if i can get my heals high enough.

I also have a question about that. they say priests make good healers, but dont you need Matk to make your heals do a lot of dmg(healing dmg that is).

@koro; reason why water make better priests is due to the high def and mdef boost they get. so less chance of the water dying and more hp and mdef it has, so it can survive longer in a fight. the JS also allow you to cast a bind spell on a dead target so they cannot be revived after 5 turns. (usefull for pks and if you are againts a quest that has waters with revive so you can cast on the boss so they cannot revive him back)

and what i meant by priest having reflect was that they have natural higher seal resist. they can also deflect soul dodge. example; you will either miss or take like 10% of a dodge even if you are hotfired and a mage who normally takes 1k sp from a target you have a high chance to miss dodge on a priest or only take about 50 sp for example.

reflect on warrior (when they use their js) is that they deflect a magic attack back at the target and do up to 2k damage to them. if you play games like Finaly fantasy then you know what reflect does.

yes matk affect healing, there is no reaosn not to add points to your int though mdef affect priest its all about how you build a chara.

other reason why it misses is because the skill is random and will miss on targets thought its rare. no one still knows the cause of it. can prolly be due to ones defence.. who knows.
