I've built both waters like that. I will say I originally added 50 agi for all my chars at one point but it's really a waste of points if you're not gonna go for 100 agi or more, so you should keep that in mind. Since it's gonna be a quester 150 con-200 con is great.
If I'm correct, with all hot spring locations you will have a little over 3k hp with 190ish con?
