It wouldn't get deleted for the name, if anything IGG wouls 'jail' your character and ask you a name to change it to
Not sure how long you would have to wait since they don't have live support anymore but when it happened to me I was able to change right away, while still talking to IGG about a report I was making
(I reported someone for viciously harassing and threatening me and in the screenshot my name that involved a censor 'Fuk' and the GM saw it, jailed my char and asked me to change.. It was a matching set of characters so I had to 'report' myself and change all 4 character names -.-)
