Also suggest getting kanako or some other pet to help you train and recover

Imo you'll probably want a higher cape later on and regret your decision to rb a burst slave at a lower level for the one and only reason: more atk = more exp so I would avoid rebirthing another slave at 100, absolutely stupid

I would think 70-81 at minimum should be good, anything higher is bonus, but again you wouldn't have to be waiting all that time if you just bursted her to 180...
