hmm...yea those are a waste of materials but I don't think that redman knew that. I think those might be useful if someone has wine and is wondering if they should compound it. what does everyone else think?

Oh, sorry scott, I forgot to clarify haha ^^;

The ones that are:
"sewage=wine+wine" <--Fine
"sewage=wine+wine+wine" <--Waste
"sewage=wine+wine+wine+wine" <--Waste

Those last two are the only ones that bother me, the rest of the ones in the link are fine.

I think the Wine + Wine = Sewage compounding is enough.

I noticed for the compound calculator you cannot select what alchemy skill to use, having junior and superior added to that might be useful.

np, yea the compound calculator needs some work. I'll work on fixing that up soon.

I'm also going to add a feature where you select an item and it tells you the best possible ways to compound it.

Just a small detail. Pure Iron Cuffs seem to be called just "Iron Cuffs" in game. Exactly the same as the level 28 Iron Cuffs, take a look please:

good catch. There are actually two different iron cuffs in the game. I renamed the second cuffs to iron cuffs-2.

the iron cuffs (yellow) are rank 14 and the iron cuffs-2 (red) are rank 15.

yea that's exactly how i want to do it. I just wonder how much time its going to take to process...because some compounds would have so many combinations. I dont want to kill the server because too many people are using the calculator.

i think its better to change location "Thailand" to "Bangkok,Thailand"
since Bangkok is the name which most people use in game

i dont suggest to keep "Athens" in locations , because actually even though its in main website shops list, its not yet released in English version, so people may keep wondering how to go there

also when adding locations following a certain naming convention may be easier for people like "City,Country" one eg is show above with bangkok(if a place have alternative name its good to give it in brackets)

eg

Angkor,Thailand
Athens,Greece =====>not released yet
Barnya Sky City ====> i guess no country needed here xD lol
Chang' an,China

currently added "China" represents actually
"Fishing Village,China"

since Carnie island is same as Taiwan i think better put it in brackets

i also see no reason for Maya and Mayan Forest to be separately added to locations, i think better add just Maya, and move things under mayan forest under maya

not sure why u added locations like
Pine Forest, South Island
or
Subterranean Maze

they are just parts of south/north island not separate

good call...I'll go through and update the list to be city, country. I typed them exactly how IGG has them on their site and everyone knows they are a little bit lacking : )

Well, you can have limits set so it only displays the top 5 compounds. Also, maybe set it up so only a certain number of people can be using the calculator at once?

Also... a quick thing I just thought of. Is it easier to succeed at less than +0 compounds, or easier to succeed at +0 compounds?
(i.e. do formulas give a better chance of making an item ranking close to +0, or less than +0?)

You can compound Coal ore or other coal into grades up to Coal. I've yet to compound an actual Coal Block. The same goes for Hot/Bottled Hot Water.

yea i'm going to have to add a field that says where an item is compoundable or not. that way it wont show up in the compound calculator.

i'm going to be working on some big upgrades for the compound calculator soon, too.
