I've tried Live Support, twice. The first time they said try a different server branch. I did. No help. The second time, they said that I need to reinstall WLO, and put it into another hard drive.. and I'm kinda like uh.. I dunt have another one. "_
But whenever I log into that acc, my screen goes white. It doesn't load. I left it white, for a few hours, to see if it would load. It never did. But it was just that acc, cuz my alt acc's work fine... before the whole white screen blank thing, I was soo laggy that I couldn't even run from a battle... so.. now.. my fren goes on that account, but I really miss it and really appreciate it if someone could tell me whut I could do to fix it... thnks...

1=> did u try another update sever?
2=>try a force update(when u start game u can see Q&A button in second screen)
3=>click screen setting on first screen u see and try another type of memory usage (3 types will be there normal,compressed,afk mode)
4=>does it happen in full screen mode?

or try this
instead of opening wonderland by clicking start menu or desktop icon
go to wonderland install folder then try find "alogin.exe" dbl click ir and then try open wonderland

i duno whats happening to u , but these are few things people can do during login problems,not sure this will solve it but i hope one of these methods helps

wait like 5 minz so it can cool off
then turn it bakk on
then go on wl
tell me if it works

If ur other acc work, try to ask live support to reset ur acc status.
