I Need Help.... How To Activate this quest??

:D Cause I'm doing fred quest.... and its 1 of the pre quest...

First, make sure you've gotten Niss and completed the quest for her in Welling village. Then take her to Korea and talk to one of the ladies walking around the house near the top of the village. Then you enter the Village Elder's house (top-most house) and Pattis is there.

then give the villager the rice pattis should appear there
riding on the broom...

i already gave the rice still it wont activate... i dont know how...

the girl walking near the village leader house was just gonna tell me welcome to inchon =_=

what else is needed to make this quest activate??

just go the top villagers house
and i dont thing she needs a rice
