in my opinion it depends what type of water you want to be, i know of a 300str water killer, which is a great asset in certain quests, also water knights with job skill are pretty awesome in some quests, Andrams the Virgo water warrior knight can attest to this.
On the notion off seer not requireing int i will have to disagree with that, my seer can get 900+ mana attack (i wish he could get 1000+ but needs better mage equips and some good diamonds. in my opinon seers job is to 'seal' and a certain level of int is required for 'good seals' on hard quest.
getting back to the subject at hand, con is good in water and a good partner for normal training is useful (my water bowed with roca till roca reached level 53, before training elin as a training partner before burst)
High wisdom can be useful for increased mana def, especially if one is considering rebirth as priest (high con also), high int for wit, again in my opinion int and agi for seer (seer jobskill is no where near as good as knights jobskill in my opinion).
Revive is 'learnt' at 53 wis and the last water hidden skill recovery normal at 58 wis.
