Foreword:-

You dont have to follow this guide, detail to detail. Choose any way you like from below and try to make things the way you are comfortable with them, even mix two ways to earn more money. You are always free to come up with your own way of making money :D To understand my guide you need to know basic stuff of WLO.
You need patience for everything. Even to read this guide and there is no method in which you can earn loads of money really fast without much of harwork

Okay so lets get down to buisness, Literally!! :-
1.Multi-botting(what i call it, noob-friendly)
2.Buy And Sell(needs knowledge about the server's economy)
3.Manufacturing(all sorts)
4.Alchemy(most difficult yet most rewarding)
5.Quest-help(not for noobs)
6.Hunting(not for noobs)
7.I-mall

Remote-ing
This is a method you can resort to when you want to start a new business ex:you need money for alchemy or for buying manufacturing items, etc. its really easy, you make alts and farm for items and set stalls... stuff which your main can be excused of doing. You make a specific alt just to vacuum,an alt to farm,etc.... And also please keep in mind that this is done only when you are AFK(Away from keyboard) for a long span of time(Atleast half-hour)... And you don't need to maintain those alts, just give them some cheap equips, that'll be enough..
Places you can go to are:-
1.Kelan mine:Ores
2.Kelan forest(inside):all types of woods
3.Chicken Farm:Seeds and food
4.South Pole:Wolf teeth
and many more...

Things to keep in mind:-
1.TIME IS MONEY
2.THE MORE THE MERRIER :D

Advantages:-
1.Easy to earn a short sum
2.Noob-friendly
3.Helps gain experience at the early stages of game

Disadvantages
1.Needs a good PC/PCs

Buy and Sell
Okay, this method is for people who have starting money and intellect about their server's economy.(A server's economy is basically, the value of items in your server)

So you have some money and you see this guy selling a shining staff for 200k while the actual price(i.e. the price in your server) is 230k.(This is just an example.) If you have the money you buy it immediately, before anyone else does and sell it on a stall or your tent for the price someone would buy it for. Another convenient thing to do is scout around shops and send the stuff you bought to an Alt who is stalling/selling stuff. You buy stuff from people sellling them for cheaper prices and then sell them for the normal price(not too high nor too low) so that you will gain a benefit. Benefits can be small or big even a 1k benefit is valuable. It is valuable because its easy money!!! :P
you just have to roam around kelan or region outside SB and find people selling things for cheap prices.

Advantages:-
1.Easy money

Disadvantages:-
1.Requires money to start
2.Can be tedious sometimes, since there are times when nobody is selling cheap stuff
3.Sometimes, you can also have losses

Manufacturing
Ok, manufacturing can be anything. Here are a few things you can manufacture to earn money:-

1.Syrups: Syrup making is a nice business. Get alts to farm seeds and sit on a potty to collect organic manure. Make syrups and sell the for foodshelfs on your tent. Syrups are needed for bursting and sell like pancakes!! You need to keep refilling your syrups as they finish. Basic things required here are:-
Fence }
French Window }For increasing the productivity of fruits with lesser seeds)
Parterre }
Turf(for making the materials required for the syrups,Bigfruits and Pineapples)
Blender(used for making the syrups)
FoodShelf(Basically one shelf allows to hold 10 stacks of syrup so its pretty nice and it doesnt take up inventory place, woot!!!! :D)

2.Vehicles: Everyone needs vehicles to travel! Most of that everyone is lazy to make their vehicles or fuel by themselves. That's where we come in!! You make vehicles and sell them. Tiresome to make the vehicles and sometimes takes time for them to sell out too :/ But the fuel, the fuel sells pretty fast.. You need loads and loads of patience and time to manufacture vehicles.
This method requires money to buy the raw materials or if you can get them yourselves, well and good!

3.Tent items:People who have surplus money and dont feel like manufacturing just buy the stuff they need for their tent. So we just buy it from somebody. So you make stuff like carpets or computers etc. and sell them. This method again requires money to buy the mats but if you can gather them on your own, well and good :D

Tip:You shouldn't be greedy and ask for high prices, since there is a lot of competetion in this field and people will not come to your store to buy their goods and foods in the long run..(i.e. in the future) Also if you have a maid robot,computer,mill and items to decrease the time of manufacture that really helps a lot.

Advantages:-
1.Can make a lot of money at a relatively fast pace

Advantages:-
1.A lot of competetion
2.Very tedious

Alchemy
Hm..... Alchemy is the most difficult but rewarding way of earning money. It requires a lot of patience since there is always a chance of failure. I really don't know much about alchemy(except the type of alchemy in FullMetal Alchemist lol) so please check out this Guide it should explain you everything about alchemy that you need to know. And for the compound recipes there is an amazing website called WLODB.com

Advantages:-
1.Very rewarding

Disadvantages:-
1.There is always room for failure, which can indulge in huge losses
2.Very very tedious and risky
3.A lot of competetion here too

Quest Help
Ok, here basically you need to have strong characters and a good experience in questing.... You can offer people to help them with a quest for some gold in exchange. This is a very nice and fun method of earning money, but for this you need a vehicle and fuel for it :/ There is nothing much needed to explain. Give resonable prices and you should be flooding with money :D

Advantages:-
1.Easy money if the quests are easy
2.Fun to do

Disadvantages:-
1.Noobs may start begging for you to do a quest for free
2.Few people can scam
3.Quests can get boring if dont a lot :(

Hunting
Hunting basically means catching pets. People love strong or cute pets. You can catch quest monsters ex:Great Pine Monster or other cute pets like pandas,etc. which are difficult to catch and are people's favorite. Again for this method too you need to have high-leveled and strong characters... Selling pets is also considered to be a great business among few people :D

Advantages:-
1.Again, you earn money but not that quite much of a sum

Disdvantages:-
1.Nobody may buy or it may take longer to get it sold
2.Travel costs...

I-Mall(Item mall)
So many people in this game need or desire things form the Item mall and they can't get it. For this there are few preppy kids or well-earning people who spend money and buy Item Mall for themselves. They also stay very rich by just selling IM items to other players. A huge and great business. You can earn money real quick from this method. So many people want critical weapons or hammers. You can sell Item mall stuff for a lot of money. You can sell IM on a points basis too. Ex:1 Item mall point=1k. When someone wants to buy a critical weapon you can earn over a million!!!

Advantages:-
1.REALLY EASY MONEY

Disadvantages:-
1.Can get scammed
2.Needs real money :/

A few important tips
Ok so here are tips while your making money:-
1.Dont overprice what you are selling
2.If you have a tent, keep it decorative, this is not needed but people love eye candy :)
3.Dont sell stuff for too low also, but cheap prices always help. I will give you an example

How to save money:-
1. Don't be stupid... "Think logically, save magically" :D
2. Don't spend money for fun(This is being stupid)
3. Don't lend money to people(again being stupid)
4. Use the piggy bank... A very useful tool. Keep money in it and don't use
that money unless you want to buy something expensive. Set targets.
5. Don't feel very generous often and drop a lot of Gold on SB... a event
like this is fun but you might regret it.. :X

sadly though on virgo i have noticed 'bots' walking in square patterns and straight lines (3rd party program) and reporting to live support dont seem to solve the problem. its these botters begining to ruin the gold economy for the 'real' players

It's a good guide, most beginners should start this way. you can add that if they are higher they could go to south pole and fight wolves for wolf tooth, wolf tooth are rank 21 so selling them to npc would get you 1050g for one stack XD

this is a good guide. But I wouldn't stay collecting ores. You get some gold but not a lot. and as you lvl up if you are constantly upgrading your weapons you will run out of money quickly. I would definately keep moving the alts around as they lvl up. maybe something like
Kelans cave - ores
chicken farm - seeds, hp food
beetles - hp food, beetle horns
pines - vine, vine grass, cotton (all the stuff the cirrus drop)

Not sure what places you can go after pines. You might be able to go to osyla and the 3rd cave if you go to the left you should go to a room with only raptors. and I think if you lay down and auto fight near the begining you might be able to stay alive there. as long as you have some hp food with you. The hp food will be easy to get. just auto with the beetles and compound the fruit with the beetle horns or fruit with more fruit and you might get some syrups. use the syrups when you are with the raptors and you might live. Not to sure though. But as the alts lvl you should move them to the next place to auto. You will get higher ranking drops for more money. Like I used to auto in the cave in kelan and comboing with an alt in 24 hours I might make 15k per alt if I got really good drops normally only around 10k per alt though. Now I'm sort of poor and so I took my 3 mains to the south pole and training there all day I make 8k per alt and I'm not even comboing with my pet half the time. So in a day I make 16k per alt and I'm not even filling up my inventory or comboing 100% of the time.

So I think your guide is good but my thought is when the alts are no longer getting exp in 1 area that you move them to another area to collect and lvl up a bit. :)

and I think its very good that you took the time to type this all out!

Also, theres not much gold in the game atm.. (for bad eco servers like taurus or aries...)
so selling to an npc is also bringing in money! :)

A few more ideas:
Fight:
Kiwi monsters
Grape monsters
Pine apple monsters
Banana monsters

Everything they drop can be used. With the Grapes you can easily make Grape Juices if you have a blender. For low level characters Grape Juice is a good pot to have around.
All other fruits can be compounded. If you get your characters the alchemy skill, they can happily compound the fruit (latania's, little gooseberry's and such) into fruits that can be used for the juices. More HP/SP with a small investment. This can also give you a nice amount of money!

my bad. sorry. XD Well if they happen to manufacture a kitchen range and want to open a little store they can auto in kelan forest for wood and in the chicken farm for rice and they can make Rice Wine (sp+150) and White Rice (hp+100). it's pretty easy to make and easy materials to get and it might sell pretty decent. Not sure if it would sell faster than ores and stuff. But it's just a thought :)

yeah you can make tons of money from the drops XD during events where lvl 10+ monsters drop stuff there are always TONS of people in the chicken farm dropping stuff. I take my syrup alts there during the events and collect all the grape and pinapple seed drops to restock XD It's amazing how much people drop -.-

I agree with all posted here but I would like to add something. Players will end up playing the alts like main characters. I use my alts to burst and also to make items to sell, both in tents (shelves, machines) and stalls. I play 8 characters with np. Usually, 2 are manufacturing, 2 are collecting and 4 mains...questing or bursting.

Oh, I meant, treat ur alts like a main. Build according to elements, set up equipment for manufacturing etc. I do not buy good equipment for them, but pass down from my mains.

only thing i have to say is iron ore makes iron mat 100g ea=5k a stack so if you make 50x stack that = what kids 250k with that money you can buy a computer and a mill make a manufacturing account/shop leave it in kelan with iron mat on shelf or coin and BEFORE they shop runs out make more, you will allways have iron ore if you have alt's in cave like he said.

when i was like level 10 i would make more alts and put them all in Kelan cave and i would get like 64 stacks (in all ores) with 3 wonderlands in total i would sell them and get like 12k easy

Well, you might have a good point, but on the other hand... it's no good for everybody.
Sure, players who go for exp will find your way of making money quite suitable, and working well.

But WLO is way more than just exp. Many of the players stay here not because of good pvp and pvm system, but because of alchemy, manufacture and quests. For such players remoting in kelan cave would be a very short-term income.
One con is it's boring and not giving player much entertainment. If this happens in the beginning of the game it might discourage a player who goes for quests/manufacture.
Second con is fact, that not an exp-player sooner or later HAVE TO get most of the machinery to his tent, otherwise he wont be able to do anything by himselves. So in my opinion for a non-exp player it is much better to start exploring world, get to know the drops, do quests, and start to make his own machinery from his own gathered and compunded materials. ESPECIALLY that there are really few quests that need any money to complete. What I mean: you can go really far in the game not having ANY money on your char (wich I find very good).
