I am getting around 44k each round n non 2xp days, n around 60k on 2xp days, am lvl 125, i been training my fred, got him to lvl 100 today

probably a week of double exp day would be enough

If you lvl up and add Str/Int the more dmg = more exp

At that pace it took me about 3 or 4 weeks to burst from 1 to 180 nonstop except for events. I'd say a week or two. Good luck
