Press and hold ALT and type in 155 unpress alt then press and hold it again and type in 0207(on ur number pad)
Example: HOLD alt-type 155-UNPRESS alt, HOLD alt again-type 0207 -UNPRESS alt and then you get the big A, then do it with B and C and D...etc
remember,tht it only works on number pad :)
now here is the key pad I use

why i cant make a name for a new character with big letters as u give above?

when wlo was first released members were able to make names with the big letters. IGG banned the use of the big letters in character names after a while. I'm not sure the reason though.

The reason was many players are complaining, it is too difficult to write the mail/express receiver or whisper to those players with big letters. If there are more players with big letters, then it would be only more chaos. So in order to prevent the chaos they banned the big letters in the character names for better business and communication.

I tested it in the input language "English (United States) - United States (international)" as well and it works same as this "Dutch (Netherlands) - United States (international)".
