Is it better if you train at training island alone..
Or is it better if you train in a team?

Alone or alone with a pet if you can handle it. That is because a in a team there will always be members that are the slowest, and those members will get less exp than everyone else.

but what if the team can chain combo for sure? wouldn't that give better chances at getting pot and book drops?

I can get my chars to combo but I have never taken a full team there before, hence why I asked.. Right now back I had a char training with her pet, and the pet was getting 1.2k exp and she was getting 850+ exp.. The pet was only faster by 10 speed... I think that's why it's better to go alone..

Depends. But typically the way I see it, the more the merrier. The bigger damage, the better.

Actually i would recomend solo with pet UNLESS one charcter is debuff training then full team with pets that will NOT be spawned is the way to go. The reason being this.....

In a team the 2 fastest hitters gets the 'highest ratio' of exp, therefore to get the most out of your potions and ticket I run charcters solo with pet and maximize each charcter and pets exp xD

I typically just go with fire and water, water debuffs to get exp, fire and pet just there to get water exp.

I too recommend alone. :\ even IF you can combo as a team a pet or 2 will often mess up and rebel, dunno why... its so strange so solo is better. Just match the pet with the owner.

As for debuffing i personally think its just a waste. you have a limited amount of time in which you can stay on the island, vouchers aren't cheap and when you can manage to get even a few one i think you should make the most of it and only go on double exp days. Using skills or debuffs just slows things down plus if you are using a pot you don't get any extra bonus' by doing debuffs with a pot on so whats the point in debuffing? Also unless you're a mage, and your pet is also a mage and you cannot kill with poking then i say use a low skill like newbie skill or starter skill that takes about the same action time as a poke and doesn't waste seconds with extra animation.

ok, don't wanna hijack the thread, but since I have a related question:

is it better to go to TI immediately after rb, just to boost your char a few levels fast, or is it better to train at pangs, then sharks, then TI?

(FencingFox)My old guild leader went to training island around 120-130ish rb and both her and her pet got 10-18k exp per battle so I guess it all depends on when/what you're going there for..
I'd personally only go to training island after rb to do pet training to power level them and at a certain level grind at the trees or anything in hanging gardens till I can move to pangos...

(My question)I have only ever been to TI once before and that was when I was a noob but now that I am trying to grind to level 100 by myself.. I figured I can use all the free training tickets I have(up to 2 days in training island...)

@Fox; I went to TI after RB had some 10x and under pots and it made no diffrence at all, even trained in the 150 area. I had almost a stack of voucher i receieved for my birthday from my sister and some i also saved up just waiting for rebirth that was like 10 or 11 days worth. Yes i rb'd at 199 so i was 100 rb, regardless of my lvl i still found it pointless withen those days even going only on double exp days i only managed to get about less than 6 lvl. I really don't think TI is worth it at all.

So personally i'd recommend just going to rome or sharks. be in a team and 24/7 train if you are able you'll get more out of it. save pots for exp days only so you get the most of them. if you can and are fast enough without using items (cause you don't want them to break) then i suggest debuffing you always get more from deuffing.

But if you already happen to have the vouchers then go ahead and use em. like i also mentioned above save them for expdays so you get the most out of them... though if you have to better to get them free than wasting money on them. perhaos if you RB at 180 and are 81r (so its lower lvl) you may get more out of it then i ever did.
