or keep debuff training untill enough lvl then can using hammer in rome?

debuff or create a team with around the same speed. or join someone at rome or shark tank with same speed.

depending on your lvl and the area you can always use weights.
if the area is to high the weighst will break so next best option is to use decelerate saddle. it can minus up to 200 spd and will never break. it can only be worn on a pet whos original lvl is 10 or higher. for example a blue eyed rabbit is the lowest animal you can catch and use it on. cause its original lvl is 10 a express pet is lower lvl so so you cannot use it. even if you lvl the express pet to lvl 10 it will not work it as to be "original lvl it was in while in the wild"

so...
if you plan to get a saddle then just wait till its 60 or 70% off so its affordable. if not then just use weights in a lower lvl area and work your way up. or find/make a team to train with.

I hear earth chicken has the lowest spd for a lvl 10+ wild animal, though I'm nor completely certain, will probably check when I get decelerate.

depands u can get ur pet s train with u like some with high spd hayate shizune fred or else.also ur lv so u can go to places which r about ur lv
but if ur high im not sure u will get a lot..only pets
A suitable way is to train where u can lv get in ur pace and get stuffs at the same time ^^

I would recommend you train at pangos until you're like 125 when you are able to fight lanterns without breaking eq, at 106, eq doesn't break in the hunting grounds, best to try find a high speed team, or try getting lots of millet wine from strange peaches to go train by yourself or with a pet, but I would recommend you use another char who is like 106+ rb or non rb to use spd eq to combo with you, will be useful x.x but would need to have stacks of hp and sp food to go train with you....
