To find live support you just have to click around the tabs here: http://service.igg.com/ Under the Contact Us tab, you'll find direct link to WL live support: http://livechat.igg.com/livesupport2/livesuppor... You don't have to be logged online to talk with live support, though. This was made, because I've seen people asking around if there is still live support and how to contact them.

Hah Live support is a myth. They did away with it in v4. It is now a nicely written Flash application that costed more money to write than the game we play :) It is the reason on why updates for the game are slow in coming :P

Also same goes with VIP LS. In the 1 year I had VIP I never have asked the VIP LS for anything. For the 1st time the other day I used it and I just got the same damn generic ass answer I would've gotten at regular LS. Idk where our money is going to keep these games up and running. (Okay I understand it costs quite a bit to keep servers up) but where is the rest going? I know people spend thousands of dollars a month and that's just Wonderland players. LS is only good for kicking your char offline if it's stuck on, and that is it.
