In practice, I think the most useful food is grape syrup, mango syrup and apple syrup, you can check them out and see why. I know those chicken and trees at Kelan drop seeds, but I am not sure what seeds they drop.

I was looking at the compound formulas and the theory of it. I thought why should I use a rank 20 wood (propeller), when a rank 21 wood (vertical wing) can be made from the same materials? Shouldn't using vertical wing gives higher chance of high lvl bow because of its ranking? The theory works, but I am not sure why people do not mention it, may be I am wrong?

I got mica rocks quite a few times by random compounding, and I used some of them... :)
I think you can collect them at the cave behind Troll, the underground cave or something? well, the tunnel going to south island. But I am not sure, you can try that.
Tips for gathering materials: try to make as many alts remoting as possible, materials just keep pouring in!!!

yes, dry clay can be collected at collection points, but I am not sure where. There are 2 possible locations: top floor of Kelan Cave, west of the east beach in the south part of North island(NOTE: it is still in North island), and is there one somewhere else? Possibly KaMa cave? I can not remember.
I have found a few dry clay before by collecting, if you are struggling to compound them, try making alts and vaccum at collection points, it is more efficient and you never get common stones, unless you need the common stone ;)

I'm not sure that I understand what you mean.... The link you gave, says the following for dry clay (rank 3) (only 1 recipe, not more):
Clay (rank 1) x Clay (rank 1)
My Alchemy is level 9, so I think that shouldn't be the problem, correct?

Well, obviously I can't use the second option, since I don't have any dry clay..... I want to make it.
But, with alchemy at grade 9, I still get 10 common stones out of 10 compounds (clay (r1) x clay (r1) ).....

Maybe I'll just have to collect a few stacks of clay and see what I get when I compound them....... although, that also might be wasting resources....... Not sure what to do now.

First, I'll go back to the clay pool near the beach and see if I can get a dry clay there. According to the "free stuff" page, it should, but so far I've gotten all the other kinds of clay the page says, but not the dry clay.
Is this a rare clay or something?
