I'm not sure that I understand what you mean.... The link you gave, says the following for dry clay (rank 3) (only 1 recipe, not more):
Clay (rank 1) x Clay (rank 1)
My Alchemy is level 9, so I think that shouldn't be the problem, correct?

It says there are 2 option to get dry clay:
clay (R1) x clay (R1)
Dry clay (R3) x dry clay (R3).

Well, obviously I can't use the second option, since I don't have any dry clay..... I want to make it.
But, with alchemy at grade 9, I still get 10 common stones out of 10 compounds (clay (r1) x clay (r1) ).....

Maybe I'll just have to collect a few stacks of clay and see what I get when I compound them....... although, that also might be wasting resources....... Not sure what to do now.

First, I'll go back to the clay pool near the beach and see if I can get a dry clay there. According to the "free stuff" page, it should, but so far I've gotten all the other kinds of clay the page says, but not the dry clay.
Is this a rare clay or something?
