Either way, whether Live Support is a guy in a house or a bunch of robots, as long as you get the help you need, who cares how or where it's done. have you guys ever heard of a proxy?
I don't believe Igg is at the intelligence rate at where they would run an online game and show their IP address for everyone to see and track their very location. Proxy generators are common, heck I'm using one right now.
