For the record, I said 39 laptops, not a few. And I also said "For All We Know" because, obviously, no one knows for sure. Fact is, the IP Addresses were traced to California, and @Vampire posted information you're capable of checking yourself, which proves nothing is forged, and everything you see in the screenshot is authentic.

Either way, whether Live Support is a guy in a house or a bunch of robots, as long as you get the help you need, who cares how or where it's done. Just be glad for everyday that this game is alive and running. Because it's amazing. And all good things unfortunately will come to an end someday whether you want it to or not.
