this is a Korean game

I'm Korean and I have never in my life heard of a Korean version of wlo. Though maple story was created by Nexon, which is a korean company, I never heard of SkyUnion or ChineseGamer having a branch in Korea.

Probably not reliable but best lead I could find other than asking live support.

Most of their live support is probably in another house if not ran by people like us which is the case most of the time, they do actually have players like us that work from their home.

You'll find lots of people telecommuting now days, not everyone works in large warehouses or facilities with large expensive mainframes and supercomputers. Saves most the employee and employer money, can't blame them.

Wlo is not ran in a small home. It takes at least, a quality mainframe or a supercomputer to run an mmorpg, and mainframes and supercomputers take up a great deal of space. Unless someone else is hosting the game (which I doubt), you don't find an online game being ran in a small home.

It all depends on which person you get, really, Lee is the best in my opinion, he actually plays the game and can actually help.

Some are rude and clueless.
Some are nice and know what they're doing.

Lee tries to relate with players and make them not feel like they are the only ones experiencing this issue. He may seem the best to you, but it differs.

They may be clueless about the game itself, but I wouldn't say they are rude. In no way have they ever told anyone who has talked to them anything in a bad tone. They thank you for things that shouldn't be thanked for. Sure it is protocol, but it is still manners and should not even be classified in the "rude" category.
