Eh.... "Housed" not "House".... do you lot think i acturally meant an actural home. You lot do know what the term housed means right? As in to provide a place or shelter or storage.. like a business. Also a house does not always thecnically mean a home in which a person lives with ones family.

The regular live support is said to be in korea... after all this is a Korean game. My sister has spoken to a few people in live support who has admited that they do in fact live in Korea.

Would prolly explain why VIP live support seem to know so much more about the US version and know better english, and can better help teh needs or their customers. Some are also GMs and have played the game too.. find it rather sad. That reminds me, a friend of ours was an in game GM, we all started in version 3 together. He was a friend of my sister she knew in real life. She played the game with him he was always busy with real life work so she invited me to play with her and we always teamed together and lvled together on his alts. He also worked for live support for a short time... this was before he went to be a GM for Maple Story and quit wonderland. They still talk on the phone once in a while and he said he hardly plays MMOs as much these days.
