Live support is a load of amateurs who are there just for show nothing less nothing more. But you can't really blame them, sometimes the students are smarter than the teachers, in this case we the players would be the students and live support would be the teachers. The entire system hires amateurs who can meet low qualifications, I remember there being an notice for people who could speak some language. I assume this was for live support people who could speak with players who do not speak English.

But they do come in handy...like if you want them to do something for you they will do it, only they will make it to the point where you don't want to do it which in fact I believe is their unknown way of testing us to make sure we are not trying to steal someone's stuff. I don't know if that made any sense whatsoever, but in other words, they will make you fill out forms, go to websites and will out forms, and will say stuff to you that you already said before or you already know. But they do help. I went there and I got one of my accs back, but this was after a year or so of not using that char and I didn't receive the items I lost. But lucky for me the moment I knew I was hacked, one of the people in live support locked the acc so no one could get on it.
