Personaly i can say i have never liked them but they are just doig their jobs. Some don't even speak english and still they take their time to try and help how they are TRAINED to help. You would not want someone coming to your work and say you are not doing your job right just because its not to to their satisfaction, would you? After all it was how you were trained to do along with maybe a bit of your own knowledge, you do what needs to be done to get the job done.

They are there solely for the sake of answering problems you can prove. if not then they will answer easy problems they know how to fix. If not they direct you to what they beleive to be the right area, or tell you what they know or what another may know even if it does not help at all in your question. As though they are trying to get ride of you. Few times i don't blame them, especially when they are being asked strange questions or harassed about an item or event or error they have nothing to do with. Eventually the pressure of the job can get to you.

I admit a few times i have gotten upset at the fickle little things that have been done in live support and the passing of false information on thie end. Even worse is when your items get stolen and all they can say is "fill in this form" and then you wait a week and results is "we don't know" while there have been other people who are lucky enough to get an actural respond to the question. For example VIP live support... dunno why its diffrent perhaps one is housed in the USA while the latter is housed in KOREA, so their information may differ. There are also some who has never played the game and only do this as a job.

As for the discounts just be grateful its on. The game is about 5 years old now. The older the game, the lower mall prices will end up while newer stuff will be expensive. Wait a couple weeks or month and the newer stuff will be lower too. This is the same in every game. One week they put half the mall on sale next week the other half. One week armour, only nex week weapons and then if they feel like it they put the entire mall on sale. This is nothing to complain about, just be happy that you are able to save money.

Meh who knows, maybe its a cover and the game will be shutting down soon. Or it's to make up for that year long update.

I often do my best to just avoid live suppoet, but in the end you may find them annoying and hate them but take a step back and think for a moment. Once in a while you will find yourself giving them 4/5 or 5/5 rating.
