While I'd hate to respond to something like this, I'd like to point out a couple things :

1) Live support exists for problems that IGG causes itself or for when you have 100% evidence that something went wrong(screenshots and all) and even then they tend to be difficult to deal with, since most problems are user error(Aside from scamming and all that) its MUCH easier to just find solutions to your problems yourself mainly by searching here for a solution or asking someone

2) Their discounts are their crappy business sense, its like yellowdot at a clothing store, things are ALWAYS "On discount" to make you believe you should buy them while you can, when in reality most things will stay on discount(at least frequently) so you generally don't have to worry about it if your patient.

3) Their live support I believe might be in a foreign area with english as a secondary language, Its not that they don't want to help you, It just tends to be difficult for them to, be patient and most of the time you can get help, if you start off on them with an angry rant its likely you won't get anywhere.

4) Them spamming their sales in chat is what happens on MOST if not all Free to Play games, its how they pay for server costs, pay their staff all that good stuff, if ya don't like it I suggest something you pay for monthly with no cash shop(not to be mean or anything)

Anyway hope that made you understand a few things better. IGG is actually one of the better mass F2P MMO companies to be honest, I've seen LOTS worse.
