both of which "dragon staff", and "spirit gloves" are both sold in npc shops (china and japan respectively), so magic powder is very much useless

only thing useful thing which is possible to compound is "Dragon Scale" , which could be possible to get magic powder + magic powder if u get lucky for a +4 increase of rank

dragon scale is important for demon jade stone which have many compounding uses

as i said in another thread, other use of magic powder is that its one of the things needed to learn superior alchemy
