may be shadow pestle is considered exceptional eq (which is reasonable since something like is needed for bursting , and hence players who don't buy hammers from IM can have chance for bursting also)

talking about Shield Bracers , the item is correct, only little mistake is its rank is set as a wrong one

its actually rank 35 and level 70 arm
i think scott forgot to verify its level

ill correct the rank and level and change lvl 62 to lvl 75 and rank 31 to rank 35
after correcting lvl it also follows that rule

Yeah, the Shadow Pestle is the only one that really doesn't follow it, but the rainy doll does actually. MaxSP+50 and SPD+21 is 5+21=26 (divide adds of hp/sp by 10)

Shadow Pestle (I think the reason is because even though -99 spd is great for bursting, it's a huge penalty. It seems like it was added for those who burst train more than for some one who'd actually use it in fights)
