Are these skills for collecting from monsters or just from collection spots?

like lets say i got the collection skill over at wlo main site it saids this..

Everyone knows that even the most common items in WLO may have subtle and unique functions in game!

but it don't really explain what its for just like the other skills

what i wanna know if if i get all these life skills and lvl them up will i be getting more items from monsters and more rare drops?

because i don't wanna go get these on all my alts and then bam doesn't do jackshit if its only for collection spots like blue stones and white silvery then i'll only get it for newb collectors..

i dont think that with higher level u get more rare drops at a collection spot ive never seen the difference because u eventually end up collecting all the materials that spot has to offer

Collect skill just effect number of material u can get when collect, to help get rare stuff >> minning provide it

I believe it's all for collection spots. I have some of the life skills being lvl 100+ rb some of them are still lvl 1 I think. So I'm going to say that they all relation to collection spots/fishing.

5 leaf grass n jade grass can x2 drop from monster :x but keep it until evend drop for something worth it
