can you please direct me to where you are getting your information from? Honestly I really don't think they will put Scott in jail for his first offense and also I'm sure they will not jail you if you were not aware that porn was being posted on your website. It is one thing to let porn be posted on your website and you do nothing to remove it or make sure it does not appear on the website. It is a completely different thing to remove it and take precautions to make sure it never happens again (which is what we are trying to accomplish). Also if someone were to report this website to the cybercrime department we could hand over the documents with a list of IP addresses and emails associated with every account created on wlodb.com. So if the person who posted the porn was also the person that reported us they would need to cover up their tracks to make sure that the IP address and the email could never be traced back to them or their household.
