Metatron Administrator Registered: Oct, 2009 Last visit: Tue, 25 Apr 2023 Posts: 496	FB - Fatal Blow = An assistance skill that has 100% chances of strike on every element aside from the opposing element, It does not depend on INT nor STR, IT only depends on the specifications of the target, Hence, The target needs to have less then 50% of his total HP remaining, It wont work on Opposing Element (Fire wont hit on waters, Waters wont hit on earths) The only requirement for that skill is payment of 8 Stars, DS does not require any kind of payment, so you may have both, The trouble of getting help for those Skills would be tougher though, I guess ^^ Hope I helped guys.
