FB is more for INT cuz it dose more damage with it if ur KILLER or KNIGHT or WARIOR the DMG will be much lower i saw that when killer did FB it was 1.7k on my alt and when wit did it, the dmg was 14k ^^ so if u have more MATK then more dmg will u have :)

lol thare's no matter if mage or killer.
FB works like this:

Is a Human Target has lower then 50% HP, u atk him and u kill him in one hit, (usually it shows 63k dmg)

DS is for warriors. more str = more dmg.

and u can hae ALL skills on a char: Sould dodge, Blood Suck, GS, FS, DS, FB..

its not like if u have DS u cant get the FB, or other quests... there's only the help problem x3

yea,Andrams is right FB(fatal blow or deathly hit) is the same for killers or wits,of the targets hp is lower then 50% it kills him and momentaly spawn.

I don't have fb....but i asked people who have it longer and they said and i mentioned, that u hit the double of the enemies hp ... if u calculate it and the enemy has 50% or 49% of his hp u hit his hp what he has*4 (i hope u understand it XD)

FB is 100% overkill. It dont matter if ure INT or STR type. Always same dmg.

FB is sucks coz of star requires XD need 8 ...

i think FB is overrated id have it only for a Knight RB class or a tank. but yes you can have both and both equil same damage, doesnt depend on on any stats.DS is str based

FB - Fatal Blow = An assistance skill that has 100% chances of strike on every element aside from the opposing element, It does not depend on INT nor STR, IT only depends on the specifications of the target, Hence, The target needs to have less then 50% of his total HP remaining, It wont work on Opposing Element (Fire wont hit on waters, Waters wont hit on earths)

The only requirement for that skill is payment of 8 Stars, DS does not require any kind of payment, so you may have both, The trouble of getting help for those Skills would be tougher though, I guess ^^ Hope I helped guys.

Is fb skill suitable for water?

fatal blow is an everybody skill.

later you will all need it anyways as the game advances. even ds is useless for a mage but in the end i think we'll need it all if you notice the game has 7 god skills and its recommended that you get all.
