thanks dotnet. I'll update the formula to lowest rank + 4 and see how many compounds fail to meet the criteria.

i confirmed the compound ^_^ since I was assuming all of those in the list were tested. i deleted it for now.

I also deleted the bad item. It was created by 0shaoran0.
