yeah, that compound adds up right I think scott o.o
ranks 7+8+18= 33, which divided by 3 is 11, which is the average. Add 4 to that and you get 15 max.
So it's possible that person made a mistake when typing those alchemy rules.
after all, 7+4=11, and 11+8+18= 12.333 etc.
I do agree that primary is average +4, but I haven't used junior enough to know how that adds up.
