there are 3 types of rb classes. Damagers, Tankers and characters with high spd. These 3 types of classes are set for both Str types and Int types. If you have higher Str than Int you can choose between the Str damagers (killer), tankers (warrior) and speed characters (knight). If you have higher Int than Str then you choose between the 3 types of Int classes. Damagers (wit), tankers (Priest) and speed characters (seer). A character with high Int and little Str can not rb as any of the Str classes and the same for characters with high Str and low Int (they can not rb as any of the Int classes)

I missed answering part of your question XD
The point of having a spd character such as a seer or a knight is mostly for PvP (Player vs. Player) aka PK battles. Some seers and knights can be usefull in quests but most of the time they are used in PvP battles. They gain extra stats on their spd and the point of PvP is to be faster than your opponant to hit them first. Most PvP builds are high spd, atk and low con. So in these types of battles the one that hits first can normally come out to be the winner.

I hope I answered your questions.
