tenami please use the search function. There is already a stickied guide for the quest to get fred (the link Homer provided). If you go to the top of the screen hold you mouse over 'Community' it will show you a drop down menu. Click on 'search'. that will take you to a page so you can search for different topics like the fred quest and other topics.
