no NOT all monsters can be caught, i think we still need to identify catchable and uncatcable monsters and put them on database, and i think scott already thought about it and is not an easy or small work, so it may take time to add those info

usually u can catch most monsters, but few exceptions are there
eexample of an uncatcahle monster is Rocketman from Mayan

u can only catch a monsters of 5 level above you, for eg if u are lvl 10 then MAXIMUM level u can catch is lvl 15 monster and below, lvl 16 and above is not possible

NOTE=>there is a monster catching Net in item mall which doubles this range
