any form of trading requires "online time" (setting up stall, dropping items on the floor, trading eq/items, and expressing)

Even if your alt is lvl 10+, it still requires something around 24 hours online time to express, set up stalls... etc.

So just leave your alt over-night to vacuum/remote, and there should not be a problem.

But, some times while logging another char, it will say things like "Not enough online time to do that", it is not finish loading yet =(

Well that could be because that info (the time online) hasn't loaded yet. I'd image it would be pretty low priority for the loading cue. Also that message could be used for both purposes (online time and loading), though lag wouldn't be one of them I think.
