Are people lazy or just plain dumb? I see it time and time again ,people dont search before they post. I am an avid user of this site and i use it for everything WLO related.I am tired of reading posts about subjects that have already been addessed. Isnt this just cluttering the site?

Lol, it happens. I think tags need to be added when making a post, to make the search more accurate.
