as far as i know no condition is needed to go polo island. hmm when version 3.0 is released did u just download patch and still using it? or did u download whole new client of version 3.0? when i was using only patch i couldn't enter new places like Bangkok, so i later download whole 3.0 client, and now its ok IGN = taisan, Guild =*none*, Server =Leo1
