Does it have to be a certain file and does it have to be added to the website?

you can upload the file to the site as a .png file so the admins can get it. For the image to appear on the website an admin must upload it to the server. This is something only an admin can do but if you can give us atleast a .png file of the item image we can edit the image and upload it. When you upload there is a topic on here somewhere about missing icons (I'm to busy to search right now) you can tell us the picture was uploaded in that topic or you can send a PM and I'll get to it as soon as possible. ^_^
