but it says mixed from metal and sea steel...
sea steel is, quite possibly, sea armor.
and titanium is usually used for higher lvl eq's.
So for a guess, titanium alloy + (rank booster, like wolf tooth or alchemy books) + sea armor. Don't try that without other advice first though, metal items can be a bit odd.

heres some info i got on it, this may not help much at least we can assume its main class is titanium from this and it looks likes its secondary or tertiary base is steel(can someone translate this lol xD ,cus i cant read it hehehehe)

since this one is also lvl 54 and DEF+19,SPD+8 , im assuming its the same thing , because name of weapons sometimes differ in different databases)

according to the melone tool from the japanese site the name of the item is Dark Blue Boots in the English version.

the formula it mentions is also:

titanium + iron + steel

so you could try something like:

titanium sword (22) + goblin halberd (23) + invisible knife (25)(or shadow pestle)

that's a +4 compound result though so it might be tough without an alchemy book. maybe try using a higher level titanium or iron item for better results.
