You can get Black Jades in the mining spot in Iceberg, together with White, Water, Purple and Red Jades.

Yeah, you can't really make it yet, but till then you have to mine(collect) or buy from someone.
On Leo 3 I seen them average 1350 gold each .... booo...scary :)
BUT....
You CAN make many interesting Lvl 30++ weapons and armors with them...

Sheesh, 1350g? And I thought the 1000g in Libra were high ...

leo2 and leo1 mostly sell around 800-1000G...
black jade can make many good lvl 5x-6x stuff...
