From trees you get:
Various types of wood
Apple Fruits
Mushrooms
Original Rubber
Seeds
The Wood can be manufactured. Lauan can be turned into lauan wood Lauan wood and Original rubber can be manufactured into Steer of Spacecraft which can be sold in Aries for 250 - 350 or so gold
Mushrooms and fruits can be compounded to make juices. Put the fruits first and mushrooms second. This can be a more effective way of making fruit juices because it doesn't take 1 minute for each juice and can effectively use 1/3 to 1/6th the actual fruits needed to make the juices in the blender.
^ Like the above you can also do this for seeds. Fruit first, seeds second. Fruit juices can be sold steadily between 15-35 gold on Aries.
Oak wood can be manufactured into Vertical Wing which can be sold between 150 - 250 gold on Aries.
Cypress - Um... I'm not really sure actually... but I'm sure it can be used to make something useful.
