I think it's just faster than walking...

I'm fairly sure it will be like the transformer mech suit - it will consume fuel (diesel?) and just is faster than walking and looks cool :) It's more of a novelty item then anything else :)

i think its main use is avoid monsters,

It does prevent encounters, probably faster than walking as well.

since it is very hard to get, tutle car is one of the rarest things in the game. So it would sell for quite a high price. Other than that, it just looks cool...

and possibly give you a sense of satifaction... XD

Becouse of item mall events it's actually very common =.=
