What are the uses of the gems I can make in the crystal furnace?

some of them can be socketed into weapons, to make them stronger i believe.... not 100% tho.. if you did some research on this site, i believe it tells you 1 moment.... http://wlodb.com/tools/16 i believe if you look at the gems, it'll tell you what they can do.

Devil spars can be socketed into equipment, except them only things with any use are magic based gems, pure diamond and life crystal (for puppet).

I have a question. How can I use my amber devil spar? I want to put it on my cursed bow, but I dont know how to...

Also, because I got the amber devil spar from a quest, so I cant trade it. So if I put it in my weapon, would I be able to trade the weapon? Like, if I put the untradable amber devil spar onto my cursed bow, would I then be able to pass the cursed bow back to my alt???

you are asking for the best way to use a jalor? ok, first make some diesel oil, then sits in the jalor, double click the diesel oil, and sail in the Jalor!!! And off you go to Japan/China/Mayan/ghost isle/South Pole/Universal Island/Korea/Cairo/Taiwan etc... just make sure you bring lots of diesel with you and you click fast.

Yeah it's tradeable. And to upgrade your item, you have do it in compound window. Simply place item you want to upgrade in first slot, and put devil spar in second. Voila, you have upgraded item :)

Which of the gems I can make can be used to upgrade? I don't want to make something then find out it's only good for compounding...

So is there a maximum number of spar you can put into an EQ???
Also, does anyone know the easiest quest for amber devil spar? So I can make some alts to get more amber devil spar. XD
And are you sure that it is a 100% success rate when doing the compound? I dont want to turn my devil spar and cursed bow into a common stone -.-lll

=>u can upgrade ur weapon using devil spar or diamond only ONCE( u CANT insert 2 devil spar or diamond for same weapon)

=> lol ice i remember 2 quest to get devil spar
1=> plane design quest=>amber devil spar
2=> some clive quest done as part of Fred quest( i think clive death quest, not sure)=>give red devil spar i remember
3=>quest in snow island

u cant TRADE these quest devil spar, but yea, u can trade weapon to ur alt, insert devil spar and give weapon back to ur main

=> yes upgrade using devil spar is 100%, no fail
(remember 1st slot weapon/armour and second slot u keep devil spar/diamond)
points are divided equally

what do you mean by points are divided equally? So if I put amber devil spar into a bow, ATK bonus and SPD bonus, would ATK bonus and SPD bonus BOTH increase by 4 points? or would ATK bonuse increase by 2 and SPD bonus increase by 2?

It will rise +2 atk +2 spd. Also inserting spars into bows is a little waste.
