ok, i want to make a steamboat. I will need 156 iron ores, 80+ wood, 18 lauan, 16 oak, 24 harl grass and 1 hard aluminium plate. Ok, does anyone know what is the quickest way to get these 156 iron ores??? And the 80+ wood??? I think I will need some comfortable saddles and remote at Kelan, but is there a quicker way???

1 night remote on stone mobs will give enough iron ore (like 4 stack or more)
and for the wood....
in my opinion ... buy them they do cost a lot of gold but its the quickest way

well, remoting over night would almost certainly kill my character, so I think i will need to make some comfortable saddle first

Now here is another question, if I have my alt and my main in 1 team, and my main, lead the team. If my main puts a comfortable saddle on a pet and ride on it, it would recover hp/sp while moving around, but would my alt benefit from that as well?

hmm i dont think the alt gets any thing(sp/hp) with the sadle
make a new account and make a earth or fire char train it to lvl 10 with a tem
and when its lvl 10 it can do a lot by its self u do have to put a lot of the points on con and strength

because I think that if your team leader is resting (sitting down or lying down), the whole team benefits from the hp/so recovery, even if some team members are not sitting down... I think this is true, for some random reason, maybe someone can confirm it?

I don't think that stone monsters would kill you overnight even without food

wouldnt the easiest collector made be a pure con earth and get roca on it and when the earths lvled enough have it use a bow to combo alot more for quicker ores

well, it is not that easy to get a lot of alts... I spend a lot of time making my main fire warrior, then I had to make a water healer, and it will take a lot of time to get them to good lvl, plus beside the requirement of lvl 10 to trade, you also need "enough online time", if you lvl up too fast...

I've made a steamboat, only took me around 3 hours.
Iron ores from kelan mines. Even if your character is only lvl 15-20. You'll be able to get a decent amount of ores. Including a few stacks of iron ores. As for wood, a good place to wc is the spot in Japan. If your in Leo server, you can contact me for wood. As for everything else, really simple to get.

I'm pretty sure the whole team does benefit if the leader, and only the leader sits.(Meaning the leader for sure sitting, anyone else don't count) Also, if you are in a team, the regular sitting recovery doubles for the 5 seconds, now 12 hp and 6 sp.

according to the database, the collection point of wood in North Island(not in Kelan, the other one), only gives Wood and Lauan too. Is that true? if it is, I would go vaccum there instead...

Both points gives luan and wood the one with the tree monsters gives wood/luan....as well as the one where u find niss....it gives luan/wood tooo...im on libra....ask me for woods or ores...i have plenty...can make 10 steamer boats if i want :D

As long as you can hit the stone monsters and beat them in one hit you should be fine autoing in kelan cave because the mobs on auto walk appear in groups of 1 at a time.

Personally I like the kelan wood collection better. I think it gives more lauan and Wood than the other collection spot does.

Place: South Pole
Requirements: None
Rewards: Steam ship design, a Forgotten scroll
Manufacture: Large Assembly Tool
Fuel: Coal Block
Process:
1 - Click the steam ship near the landing place in south pole, outside of the cave.
2 - Then enter the cave, and go into the top left room. There you will see the captain surrounded by some wolves. Talk to the captain and beat 4 wolves [4 different attributes, Lv70, HP5500].
3 - The captain wants you to help him giving him some stuffs for fixing the steam ship. They are a Large Assembly Tool and a Steam Engine (made in Grinding Equipment).
4 - Give captain all the stuff he needs, and he will give you the rewards.

Yeah that's true. But the wood will only give you 2 firewood. The one in Japan will give you wood logs [4 firewood] and cypress. Mainly wood logs though.

what do you mean by wood and wood logs??? The collection point I am talking about gives Wood, same as the one in Japan, according to the data base anyway.

The type of wood that gives 2 firewood is ordinary wood, which you can get in any wood collection point

its south pole, at lvl 20 u need a very strong team to help u , with good water support,i say u wait and lvl before u do that quest,also u didnt say ur server

u should train to a minimum lvl 20 with high hp and a high lvl pt with high lvl water support...
with high hp, u wont get spawned easily...
i done last time with 3 of my fren...Me(LV52)(WIND) (earth LV52) (water lvl 32) and a fire (LV66)...
done that quest easily...
