Yes, a normal Hot Water and a Bottled Hot Water are both the fuel for a Mighty Plane. Both are even good for a plane and the manufacture time is also same. There are two different are the way to make them and the usage of materials.

You need Kitchen Range and Automatic Filter to make the Hot Water.
And you need Glaze Table and Automatic Filter to make the Bottled Hot Water.


You need 12 less wood and 12 less sea water to make the Bottled Hot Water than to make the Hot Water.
Hot Water needs 24x sea water and 16x wood
Bottled Hot Water: 12x sea water and 4x wood, thanks to the gas from the crude oil equipment.
