i thought leveling up my alchemy skill would help me improve and gain the things i need or want~ my alchemy is level 6 now but then when i try to make something simple my result came out worse then simple more like beginner things... i have another character, shes new level 1 in alchemy only but she makes things with simple materials and the result is too high for me to equip. i want something but something better came along... and my 1st character doesnt have the same effect. ive tried the same materials on both characters for many many times but my weaker character still make better things than my stronger one... is it better to keep my alchemy low?? i know it depends on luck but come on, my 1st character dont have that bad of a luck can it?

Um... you're looking at the difference of lvl1 primary vs. lvl6 primary... that's just not enough of an increase in the alch lvl to make a noticeably positive change. Primary maxes at lvl 30 and you're saying that alch is better at a low lvl (every alch, a globally effective statement) based on a 5 lvl contrast in primary? Really? Yes. Alchemy gives you a higher % chance of getting a larger jump in rank the higher its lvl (if you're looking for a jump3 and get a jump4, you didn't get what you wanted... but you got a higher rank item). This will prove itself to you if you decide to train your alchemy to Primary 15+ or train junior to 10+. The change is small each level, but it builds if you'd put the time into it. the one with lower alchemy can produce things that my higher level cant, the lower one can produce something my higher level wants... T.T its very annoying... oh well..... primary one can go up to primary level 30 in alchemy? or is intermediate and super as well? |

I've heard a rumor that lower alchemy levels create a better chance for certain items, and because of that I'm not raising my junior past 10 but will try to get my super to 20 when I get it. |

i have two alchemists... Reason being is, say you want to make skeleton steel sword right?
lower lvl alchemy has a better chance of making low lvl equipment than a higher one because low lvl alchemy wont over-rank. because the last thing you want to see is a stone in your inventory xD

With junior alchemy level 10 the chances of getting skel steel sword is almost perfect if you use sea armor + wolf tooth + sea armor (with 2 steels you get a steel even though wolf tooth is higher rank, so if you want, say a bronze primary and steel secendary but your steel is ranked higher make a second bronze item to compound with) |

oh alchemy has 3 different level as 3 different skills (0.0) . didnt know... do u have to max out primary alchemy before you can get junior alchemy? and how long does it take to max out all primary to super? =.= looks bloody long to do such thing >.> lol i dont think u have no life KaozReaper, maybe crazy :P but its fun betting to see if u get wat u are hoping for ^^ |

u can get junior alchamey at any time i think u just the things for it, but senior you have to be lvl 10 junior to get it and also have the thngs the witch request.. :-) Boe

Haha, I enjoy my life. ^^ (in game...) I find that about superior lvl 12+ gives some good stability. BE ADVISED: Once you hit superior 15-20 you will not be able to accurately predict what jump you get. It fluxuates immensely. You can fail a jump2 and then get a bookless jump4 immediately after. what i tried to explain is tat if youralchemy lvl is too high then it will over-rank on certain low lvl compounds...lvl 5 primary is the best lvl i discovered to comp SSS.

I already have super, go to China and fight pandas, you can get 1 clear devil spar a day (or 2 if you use a pet, but I did alone since none of my pets are level 65+ needed to avoid equip break), make dragon squama then dragon scale then compound the scales to get magic powder. And get your junior to level 10. And 5 stars. |
